Proof of vaccination requirements expand to JD Hardie Youth and Community Hub

Published on Wednesday, 9 February 2022 at 9:43:42 AM

Community members are advised that as of Wednesday 9 February 2022, proof of COVID-19 vaccination requirements in line with state government mandates apply to the JD Hardie Youth and Community Hub (JDHYCH).

All patrons 16 years and over are now required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination status, or medical exemption, upon arrival at the JDHYCH.

This mandate covers all patrons, including hirers.

The Town’s library staff will be supporting the community to download and install the ServicesWA app at both Port and South Hedland library: these details will be released shortly.

Please allow time for the viewing of your status on arrival at the JDHYCH.

Help Hedland stay COVID safe by downloading the ServicesWA app and always checking in, following state government mask wearing mandates, keeping hands washed and sanitised, maintaining social distancing at all times, covering coughs and sneezes with your elbow and not entering the JDHYCH if you are unwell.
