Payment Options
There are various payment options available to pay your rates: BPAY, Online, in person, mail, and direct debit.
BPAY
Contact your participating financial institution to make a payment from your cheque, savings, debit, credit card or transaction account.
Please use the Biller Code and reference number provided on your rates notice.
Online
Pay online with Mastercard or Visa using the reference number from your rates notice.
Pay Now
In Person
Payments can be made in person on presentation of your rates notice at the Town of Port Hedland Civic Centre on weekdays between 8:00am and 3:45pm, or at the South Hedland Library during their opening hours.
Direct Debit
Direct debit automatically deducts the amount due from your nominated bank account on the scheduled date/s.

Updating Your Details
Keeping your contact details up-to-date ensures you receive important information from the Town, including rates notices, service updates, and other correspondence. If your postal address changes, please notify the Town as soon as possible so we can update our records and avoid delays or missed communications.

Register for Electronic Rates Notices
Stay up to date with your rates notices by registering your email address for electronic delivery.
Once registered, you will be able to access your current and future rates notices online at any time.
Each rates notice contains a unique registration reference. If you own multiple properties, each property must be registered separately using the reference provided on the relevant rates notice.
Important: Registering for eNotices does not update your postal address with the Town. If your mailing address has changed, please update your postal details using the options above.

Rates Concessions
If you're a community group, not-for-profit organisation, Pensioner or Senior, you may be eligible for a rates concession or rebate.
