The Town is seeking a suitable and qualified contractor to deliver the ongoing amenity tree maintenance program. The program is designed to cover the management of street trees, public open space trees and the vegetation across the Towns properties and facilities.
The program is designed to ensure appropriate maintenance is carried out in accordance with best arboriculture standards and practices, workplace health and safety requirements, and environmental sustainability requirements. Contractors are expected to demonstrate their capacity to deliver safe, high quality, and cost-effective services while minimising risk to the community and environment.

Request for Tender 2526-10 JD Hardie Youth & Community Hub – Stage 3 – Adventure Park Construction

The Town of Port Hedland are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to complete JD Hardie Stage 3, the Adventure Park, to transform a vacant area into a vibrant recreation precinct featuring a BMX pump track, jump track, dedicated parkour area, and extensive landscaping. 

All works are to be constructed to the specifications provided by the Principal and/or to current Australian Standards. The works include the engagement of specialist BMX track contractors, electrical, drainage, civil, landscaping, irrigation and all other relevant trades required to complete this work.

Request for Tender 2526-12 Pre & Post Cyclone Green Waste Collection Program

The Town of Port Hedland is seeking the services of a suitably experienced contractor to carry out the annual residential verge green waste collection, conducted in preparation for the cyclone season.

The appointed contractor will be responsible for collecting green waste from residential verges throughout the Town and transporting it for disposal at the Town's landfill facility or delegated areas.

Request for Tender 2526-13 Operational and Maintenance Services - South Hedland Landfill Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Town of Port Hedland are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to assume 24 hour/day responsibility for complete mechanical and electrical reliability of the Wastewater Treatment Plant to ensure operational readiness at all times.

A Mandatory Meeting will be held 10am Tuesday 18th November at the South Hedland Landfill Facility.

The Town of Port Hedland uses an online quotation tool called eQuotes (Vendorpanel) to simplify the way the Town seeks quotations and tenders from potential suppliers. eQuotes is used by hundreds of organisations across Australia to increase transparency and compliance in quote-based purchasing.  

One part of eQuotes is an online directory of suppliers called Vendorpanel Marketplace.  To have your business included on Vendorpanel Marketplace, all you need to do is sign up (it’s free) and create a profile.  When projects come up that fit with your business category you will be presented to relevant council staff as a supplier option.

If we request a quote from you you’ll be notified via email and can easily review the quotation request and submit your quote securely through your Vendorpanel Marketplace profile – just follow the prompts.

Rest assured your submitted quote will only be visible to relevant Council staff making this a no-risk and simple way of accessing more business opportunities.

How do you register?

  4. Town staff will send a request for quote to you when relevant products/services are required.
