• Must volunteer for a club/association based in Port Hedland & surrounding areas.
• Nominees must have volunteered their time in one or more roles, and these could have changed during their volunteer journey (e.g. Coach, Official, Committee Member etc).

• Must be under 18 years as of September 2026.
• Must not have been suspended, disciplined or reprimanded at any level of competition.

• Must be 18 years or older as of September 2026.
• Must not have been suspended, disciplined or reprimanded at any level of competition.

Those receiving renumeration for their time in the chosen sport/program/recreation will not be eligible for the Access and Inclusion Award.
