2025/26 Schedule of Fees and Charges
Each year, the Town is required to review its fees and charges schedule.
In proposing any changes, we must consider a range of factors, including community needs, the increasing cost of delivering services, and the broader financial environment in which we operate.
The fees and charges for 2025/26 are proposed to increase, on average, by 4%. Many will remain at their current rate.
The cost to the Town of delivering services continues to increase. These costs include staff and contractor expenses, utilities, technology costs, materials, maintenance and repairs, and the provision of safety and security.
We have taken into consideration the importance of continuing to provide a range of vital community services for residents and have proposed to maintain or decrease some of the fees and charges to reflect that.
