The Town of Port Hedland recently hosted State Minister for Housing John Carey for important discussions about improving access to housing across Hedland.
Housing remains one of the biggest issues in Port Hedland so it was great to be able to discuss our needs with the Minister.
The Town is taking a proactive approach in trying to find solutions to housing issues and at the September meeting endorsed allocating $40 million to help find solutions to the challenges.
