The Town of Port Hedland Presents the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Consultation Forum
Community members are invited to build partnerships and contribute to the conversation.
At the December forum, we addressed Hedland's future generations' needs against Overcoming Indigenous Disadvantage (OID) indicators and Closing the Gap Targets. This Forum and community workshop will focus on two of the OID indicators:
- Mental Health
- Preventable Hospitalisations
Members of the public, local agencies and groups with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff members are encouraged to appoint these employees to represent them at the free Forum where possible.
