Local Government Act 1995, section 3.58(3) disposal of property
Residents and ratepayers of the Town of Port Hedland are advised that the Town of Port Hedland Council is proposing to dispose of the following property by way of lease to the following party in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 (private treaty) on the following terms and conditions:
Lot Number: Lot 178 Madigan Road, Pippingarra, South Hedland, WA 6721
Prospective Lessee: Hedland Sporting Shooters Club
Offer to Lease: $200.00 Inc GST
Valuation: $200.00 Annually
Submissions are invited for Council’s consideration on the proposed disposal. Submissions are to be received by email to council@porthedland.wa.gov.au or post addressed to: Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 41, Port Hedland WA 6721, before close of business Thursday, 10 June 2021.
