Next Friday, community members will come together from 7.00am at Centenary Park on Leake Street, South Hedland for the 2019 March to End Violence in Families.
Coordinated by the Hedland Family Violence Action Group, the march provides all locals, community organisations, businesses and stakeholders with the opportunity to speak as one voice and say domestic and family violence will not be tolerated.
The march will be followed by a barbecue breakfast and a selection of community stalls.
Please be advised that Leake Street will be partially closed from 6.00am to 10.00am on Friday 22 November for the march.
