NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF ELECTORS AND
2018/19 ANNUAL REPORT
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Town of Port Hedland will be held on Thursday 19 December 2019 commencing at 5:00pm in the Council Chambers at the Civic Centre, McGregor Street, Port Hedland.
The business of the Annual General Meeting of Electors is to discuss the contents of the Town of Port Hedland Annual Report for the period ended 30 June 2019 and other general business.
The Town of Port Hedland Council adopted the Annual Report, including the Financial Statements and associated notes, for the period ended 30 June 2019 at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on Wednesday, 27 November 2019.
