Youth Week is the biggest celebration of young people on the Western Australian youth calendar.
The Town of Port Hedland is hosting a range of events, activities and programs during Youth Week 2023.
The theme for 2023 is ‘Becoming: with others we dream’. The focus is on how young people can dream themselves a better world (no matter how big or small), and then use their skills, love, care, and knowledge to bring others up with them to help realise it.
The Youth Engagement Team at the Town has partnered with a range of community groups to host a timetable of fun, accessible and inclusive events and activities, aimed at encouraging participation and connection to empower Hedland's young people.
