Please complete this form to apply for a stall at Ship to Shore 2023. We encourage all stallholders to take a creative approach when setting up their stalls. Try to have a feature or activity attendees can participate in, this will draw the crowd to your stall and make a fantastic experience for everyone!

I understand that all stallholders must maintain, and may be required to present, a Certificate of Currency for Workers' Compensation Insurance in relation to any staff employed by the stallholder at the Event

I understand that all food and beverage stallholders must always maintain adequate fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers/fire blanket)
