Online Form - Welcome to Hedland Community Expo 2024 - Stallholder Registration Form

Please complete this form to register for a stall at our Welcome to Hedland Community Expo event on Friday 10 May 2024, 5:00pm - 8:00pm at South Hedland Town Square. Please note this event is free for all stallholders, vendors and attendees.

If you are a food/beverage vendor, please complete the Port Hedland events food vendor application form found here.

If you are a performer, please complete the Performers Expression of Interest form found here.

We encourage all stallholders to take a creative approach when setting up their stalls. Try to have a feature or activity attendees can participate in, this will draw attendees into your stall and make a fantastic experience for everyone!

Please note: The town will not be providing stall power access at this event, power is to be organised by the stall holder.
