The Indoor Court at Wanangkura Stadium is available during staffed hours for Casual Shooters or to hire out for private sporting use or functions/events. These courts can be utilised for many different sports setups including netball, basketball, futsal, volleyball and badminton.
These courts can be divided into two half courts via a drop-down net. Included in the court area are 182 fixed seats.
Suitable for social or corporate sports: basketball, netball, volleyball, futsal, badminton; or large events including expos, theatre performances and concerts.
No food allowed on in the Indoor Court area, if you wish to host an event at the Wanangkura Stadium, you may consider also reserving the Jimblebar Function Room with the attached kitchen/servery.

Online Booking: Please submit at least 4 weeks prior to the event. Please note that applications for large events (50 + persons) are to be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the event to ensure sufficient time for processing.
Capacity: The maximum capacity of the stadium is 1000 with 182 fixed seats.

Waste removal Is the responsibility of the hirer, TOPH do not supply additional rubbish bins for casual events and this must be organised externally. A bin number calculation can be found in the Events Toolkit.
