The Town of Port Hedland (ToPH) and Pilbara Ports Authority (PPA)are undertaking detailed design of the landside of the Spoilbank Marina and are calling for Registrations of Interest (ROI) for possible future tenants of the area.

The $187.5 million Marina will transform the region's boating and recreational amenity for the future, expected to be operational in 2023. Landside activation will bring the Marina's waterfront promenade to life, providing unrivalled economic, social and communal benefits.

Currently the area is undergoing a major redevelopment and ROIs will assist in informing a Needs Analysis for the land side design. This ROI is the first stage in identifying future development needs to meet the community's aspirations for this important marina precinct.

To be considered as part of this exciting opportunity, simply register your interest at the Town of Port Hedland web site by completing the ROI survey. Registrations of Interest will close on 16 February 2022.

Once registrations have closed, the Town and its consultant team will process the registrations and make further contact with applicants to further explore the opportunities.

A formal Expression of Interest (EOI) process may follow on from the registration process to gauge the opportunities appropriateness for the Marina and understand other requirements associated with each.
