The Town of Port Hedland’s biennial community sentiment survey, the 2025 MARKYT Community Scorecard, is now open for feedback. The survey is open from Monday 25 August to Friday 12 September.
This short, simple and quick survey gives you the chance to provide anonymous feedback on the Town’s services, facilities, and leadership. Please take the opportunity to have your say – your feedback is important.
You can complete the survey online via our engagement hub or through the paper version that will be delivered to household mailboxes (with a reply-paid envelope).
The information we collect from this research is crucial, because it provides evidenced based feedback to the Council about community perceptions and helps us better plan for the future. Feedback helps us understand how we can best deliver services and support to the Hedland community.
Conducted by an independent research organisation, the survey is anonymous and offers residents a chance to share their views on the Town’s performance and priorities.
Residents aged 14 and over are invited to provide feedback on local services, facilities, and leadership to help inform the 2026 Council Plan.
This is the third biennial survey, building on previous research to capture community sentiment and guide strategic planning. You can read previous reports here.
Community input is essential to shaping Hedland’s future, now is the time to have your say!
