2025 MARKYT Community Scorecard to launch in Hedland

The Town of Port Hedland will launch the 2025 MARKYT Community Scorecard on Monday, 25 August, running until Friday, 12 September. Residents aged 14 and over are invited to provide feedback on local services, facilities, and leadership to help inform the 2026 Council Plan.

Conducted by an independent research organisation, the survey is anonymous and offers residents a chance to share their views on the Town’s performance and priorities. This marks the third biennial survey, building on previous efforts to capture community sentiment and guide strategic planning.

Residents can complete the survey online via the Town’s engagement hub or through the paper version delivered via post to households. The process is easy and only requires one response per person.

Community input is essential to shaping Hedland’s future, now is the time to have your say.
