Port Hedland Leisure – Fitness for All

Port Hedland Leisure was launched in April 2019 with the objective of helping the community reach its health, fitness and wellness goals in a friendly and welcoming environment. We offer a range of gym, aquatic, group fitness and sporting programs and services, at the various facilities we manage in Port and South Hedland.

The JD Hardie Youth and Community Hub (JDHYCH) is the Town of Port Hedland's leading youth precinct. The state of the art building features a commercial kitchen, performing arts room, indoor court, meeting rooms and offices.

Bring the family down and enjoy this amazing new space right by the marina.

A huge thank you to local contractor Yurra, who have brought this playground to life. This project was made possible through a Lotterywest grant.

Stay tuned for details on the official opening next year – but for now, come and explore!

At last night’s Ordinary Council Meeting, Commissioners endorsed a 5-year lease (with the option to renew), demonstrating the Town’s commitment to making Hedland a fantastic place to live, work and play.

The popular and well-established hospitality operator is the largest operational independent brewery and distillery in Western Australia and now its setting its sights on Port Hedland 🤩
