Club Development

The Town of Port Hedland has a dedicated Club Development Officer to assist sporting and recreation clubs and organisations to develop and thrive in the local Hedland community.

Club Development Officers are located across Western Australia due to the support of the Department of Sport and Recreation.

The Club Development Officer works with local clubs and organisation to provide information and guidance on sponsorship, fundraising, grants, event management, planning, marketing and promotions, membership and volunteer training.

Individuals and/or clubs may be eligible for a variety of grants currently open for application.  Please contact the Club Development Officer for a full list of grants available.
