Shaping Hedland’s Future

A land use study is underway to understand the unique opportunities and constraints facing land planning in each precinct across the Town of Port Hedland.

Draft West End Improvement Scheme No.1 now open for public comment

Hedland community members are invited to have a say on the draft West End Improvement Scheme No. 1, which seeks to resolve long standing land use conflicts in the West End district.

This scheme is part of the State Government's response to the Port Hedland Dust Management Taskforce Report to Government 2016, which recommended restricting population growth in the West End district.
