Do you want to find out more, and have your say on the Town’s proposed rating model and the proposed fees and charges schedule for the 2025/26 financial year?

Both these important financial components will feed into the Council’s Annual Budget for 2025/26.

The Town is hosting two drop-in sessions on Monday 9 June, to offer residents of Hedland and members of the business community the chance to ask questions and provide any feedback they might have.

You can drop in at any time during the relevant session, grab a cuppa, and chat with members of the Town’s financial services team.

You can read more about the proposed rating model here.

You can read more about the proposed fees and charges here.

Session details:

  • Business: From 2-4pm at the WEB Business Hub, PHCCI in Port Hedland
  • Residents: From 5.30-7pm in the Council Chambers, upstairs in the Civic Centre in Port Hedland

Please note that these sessions are in-person only.

How can I provide my feedback?

Feedback received during the drop-in sessions will be collated and added to the other community feedback we have received on both the proposed 2025/26 fees and charges schedule and the proposed rating model.
