Wanangkura Stadium Yarrie Function Room

Please note: Standard Fees and Charges apply to hire the ToPH’s venues and facilities - the current fees can be viewed in the Schedule of Fees and Charges.  

Application Form Submission: Please complete and submit to the ToPH at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Please note that applications for large events (50 + persons) are to be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the event to ensure sufficient time for processing.

Power Access: Powerpoints in the function room. 

Toilets: Female, Male and Disabled located down the hallway. 

Kitchen: Use of the Jimblebar Servery may be requested and granted if availability allows. 

Settings: 1 large conference table and 8 chairs.

Capacity: 10-14 maximum. 

Parking: onsite car parking

Waste removal Is the responsibility of the hirer, TOPH do not supply additional rubbish bins for casual events and must be organised externally. For bin number calculation refer to the event checklist here:
