ANZAC Day Dawn Service

Lest We Forget. These powerful words bring Australia together annually for ANZAC Day, a time of respect and commemoration for those who have fallen defending our freedoms. We’re inviting all Hedland residents to participate in the ANZAC Day Dawn Service.
All attendees are encouraged to physically distance where possible, follow COVID safety directions and remain home if unwell. This is an accessible event. Please drive safely and abide by event road closures.
- 5:30am muster at Port Hedland War Memorial. Public parking is available along Anderson Street, the Esplanade car park near the War Memorial and along Wedge Street.
- 5:40am ANZAC Day Dawn Service
- 9:00am Fellowship and barbecue at RSL, ANZAC House, Hedditch Street South Hedland. Please note that proof of double vaccination is required for entry into ANZAC House.
