Online Form - Hedland Food Festival 2022- Stallholder Expression of Interest

Expression of Interest for stallholders. 

We are on the hunt for all things food! Do you sell food, food related products or want to showcase your culture? This is the event for you! 

Please complete this form to express your interest (EOI) in having a stall (food related retail products/food/beverage/cultural displays) at our newest event, Hedland Food Festival 2022. Successful applicants will be notified by email.

The Festival will be located at Dreamer's Corner Oval (Cnr of Hamilton Rd and Nth Circular Rd). Stallholders are required to trade for the full duration frin 5:00pm - 9:00pm on Friday 2 September 2022 and/or 11.00am - 9.00pm on Saturday 3 September 2022.  Stallholders are responsible for their own stalls.   

Please note all food vendors are required to bump out between event days. 

No trading fees apply and fees will be waived to any vendor requiring use of one of the Town's commercial kitchens for the event.

Food/Beverage Stalls Only

If you are a food/beverage stall, please answer the following questions.

We encourage food/beverage vendors to have a simplified menu for a large volume of attendees. Consider having a food festival menu focusing on your main cuisine.

Please note, if successful food/beverage vendors must complete a food permit.

Stallholder Bump In

Stallholder bump in (setup) for the event is open on Friday 2 September from 10:00am - 3:00pm and Saturday 3 September from 8:00am - 10:00am. Please indicate what time you expect to arrive on both days.

Please note power for stalls is only available from 3:00pm - 9:30pm Friday 2 September and 10:00am - 9:30pm Saturday 3 September. There is no power provision outside these hours.
