A number of locally based artists will be taking the North West Festival Stage this Weekend, showcasing the exceptional talent the region has to offer.
On Saturday 25 August, Bella Blakemore and JoKeria will be performing from 4.50pm to kick-start the evening’s entertainment.
On Sunday 26 August, William Smith and Megan Kelly will be taking the stage at 4.30pm to set the scene for the Sunday Sundowner.
Mayor Camilo Blanco said that it was important to celebrate the contributions and talent of local musicians.
“The Pilbara has a diverse and vibrant cultural scene, and we’re very fortunate to have these local musicians play as part of North West Festival.
“Festivals like North West give these artists the opportunity to showcase their talent to both residents and visitors, raising their profile and broadening their fan base.
“It’s also about the experience of playing alongside internationally acclaimed acts like Bliss N Eso and Sheppard.
“I hope as many people as possible get the opportunity to purchase tickets and come along to the Festival this weekend.
