There are various payment options available to pay your rates: online, BPay, in person, mail, and direct debit.

Pay Online

Pay online with Mastercard and Visa Card

Please use the Biller Code 42010 and your reference number.

Make a Payment Now

Bpay

Contact your participating financial institution to make a payment from your nominated account.

Please use the Biller Code 42010 and your reference number.

Note: Credit Card payment is not available with this option.

Pay in person 

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or EFTPOS (including credit card) on presentation of your rates notice to:

Please contact the Rates Officer for discussion regarding this payment method prior to completion of direct debit application form.

With your permission, this arrangement plan allows your bank to transfer agreed amounts to the Town of Port Hedland for your rates payment. To have an arrangement plan you need to:

  • Have a cheque or savings account
  • Complete the direct debit application form and return to the Town of Port Hedland

Special arrangements

With special arrangements you agree to pay the Town on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
