Hedland Community Health and Safety Survey (Closed)

Hedland Community Health and Safety Survey 2019

The Town of Port Hedland is currently renewing our Community Safety Plan 2019-2021, as well as developing a Public Health Plan. These documents will be vital blueprints for creating a healthy, safe and livable future for all of us.

The Public Health Act 2016 requires local government authorities in WA to develop and implement a public health plan.

Part of this process is engaging in a consultation process to find out your views on a variety of topics, such as how safe you feel in your neighbourhood and what area of health you're most concerned about.

We want to know your views on health and safety in the community, so that both of these plans reflect the wishes and priorities of the people of Hedland.

This survey is the primary way we are collecting this information.

Why participate in the survey?

The answers you provide will directly impact the way the Community Safety Plan and Public Health Plan are created. This may also be the first avenue you have come across to provide your views on the subject of community safety and public health. You can also go into the draw to WIN either a $200 Retra Vision Voucher or $200 Harvey Norman Voucher! Click here to access the competition's terms and conditions.
