North West Festival

North West Festival

The North West Festival has cemented itself on Western Australia’s cultural calendar and has consistently achieved overwhelming positive feedback from patrons, artists, sponsors and stakeholders.

In 2017 the North West Festival will once again take place over a weekend with entertainment scheduled for Saturday 19th August, as well as a sundowner event on the evening of Sunday 20th August.

The Town of Port Hedland is excited to announce that Boy & Bear, Spiderbait and Vera Blue are the key acts set to take the stage for this year’s North West Festival.

The three internationally acclaimed bands will be joined by a range of local artists on the day. This year’s festival is open to all ages and will be located at the Civic Centre Gardens in Port Hedland.

The much loved, family friendly event, the North West Sundowner, will also return to the Port Hedland Yacht Club. This event is presented by the Fortescue Metals Group and will feature a series of kid’s activities and performances, which will be announced in the coming weeks.
