ACCESSIBILITY


Q: Is the event accessible for wheelchairs and prams?
A: Yes, the event is accessible for wheelchairs and prams. Please note there are accessible parking facilities onsite, as well as accessible toilets
 
Q: Is there accessible parking for the event?
A: Yes, accessible parking is available near the front entrance of Wanangkura Stadium
 
Q: Will Assisted Listening Devices be available for attendees who require them?
A: Yes, Assisted Listening Devices will be available for use at the event and can be picked up at the Box Office
 
Q: I’m at the event and I have a question, who can help me?
A: Please visit the Box Office where our friendly staff can assist you
 

TICKETS

Q: Does my child require a ticket?
A: Any attendees that are over 2 years of age or older require a ticket. A Child ticket should be purchased for any attendees aged 3 – 12 years of age.
 
Q: Who can purchase a Concession ticket?
A: Concession tickets are available for Health Care Card holders, Government issued pensioners, Seniors Card holders, Carers Card holders, full-time tertiary students and persons aged 13 – 17 years. Proof of eligibility is required when purchasing or collecting Concession tickets.
 
Q: Are Companion Card tickets available?
A: Yes, Companion Card tickets are available for the event. Proof of eligibility is required when purchasing or collecting Companion Card tickets.
 
Q: Do I have to print my ticket?
A: Your ticket can be scanned directly from your phone, or you can bring a hard copy ticket to be scanned. If you are using your phone, please make sure you have your ticket on the screen, ready to be scanned when you enter.
 
Q: Where can Box Office Collection tickets be picked up?
A: Box Office Collection tickets can be picked up at the event entry, as per the event map. (hyperlink or note that the map is above/below the text)
 
Q: Can I buy tickets at the event?
A: Yes, you can buy tickets at the entry gate to the event. Tickets can be purchased using EFTPOS only. We do encourage attendees to purchase tickets online prior to the event where possible.
 

PARKING

Q: Where can I park for the event?
A: Attendees can park at both the Civic Centre and Turf Club for the event, as per the event map. Traffic Management services will be onsite to assist attendees to cross McGregor Street to access the event.
 
 
WHAT TO BRING

Q: Do I need ID to enter the event?
A: You are not required to show ID to enter the event, however if you are planning to purchase drinks from the bar you will be required to provide ID.
 
Q: Can I bring my own drinks to the event?
A: Sealed non-alcoholic drinks can be brought into the event. No alcoholic drinks can be brought into the event. Bag checks will occur at the event entry to ensure no alcohol is brought into the event.
 
Q: Are chairs provided at the event?
A: No, attendees are required to bring their own chairs or picnic rugs to the event.
 
Q: Do I need to bring cash to the event?
A: Yes, if you would like to purchase food or drinks at the event. We cannot guarantee onsite vendors will have EFTPOS facilities.
 
Q: Can I bring my own food to the event?
A: Yes, you can bring your own food to the event.
 
Q: Can I purchase food at the event?
A: There will be food vendors onsite for the event or you can pre purchase a gourmet food box here. 
 
Q: I ordered a gourmet food box, where do I pick it up?
A: Gourmet food boxes can be picked up from the bar.
 
Q: Can I bring my own drinks to the event?
A: Sealed non-alcoholic drinks can be brought into the event. No alcoholic drinks can be brought into the event.
 
Q: Can I smoke at the event?
A: The majority of the event area is non-smoking (specifically the seating area), the smoker’s area is located as per the event map.
