Public Health Plan

The Town of Port Hedland Public Health Plan establishes the goals, objective and methods used by the Town’s Environmental Health Services to enhance the wellbeing of the community. It has been developed to ensure compliance with the State Environmental Health legislation such as the Health Act 1911, Environmental Protection Act 1987, Food Act 2008 and subsidiary legislation.
