Draft Signage Strategy and Wayfinding Style Guide
At the Ordinary Council Meeting on the 28 August 2024, the Town of Port Hedland (Town) determined to initiate the draft Signage Strategy and Wayfinding Style Guide.

You are invited to review the draft Strategy and Style Guide and make a written submission.
Should you wish to make a submission, please ensure that it is lodged by Friday, 4 October 2024. A written submission can be made:
- In person: At the Civic Centre - 13 McGregor Street, Port Hedland or at Town’s Depot 4-6 Cajarina Street Wedgefield;

Business Case for Major Land Transaction - Former Yacht Club premises
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Port Hedland (Town) proposes to enter a major land transaction.
The Town proposes to develop and dispose of the former premises of the Port Hedland Yacht Club, which comprises the following parcel of land:
- Portion of Lot 554 of Deposited Plan 424409 Crown Land Certificate of Title Volume 3177 Folio 123
A copy of the business plan may be inspected at the Town of Port Hedland Civic Centre, 13 McGregor Street, Port Hedland and is also available at the Town managed libraries and available here.
Submissions about the proposed transaction may be made to:

Business Case for Major Land Transaction - Kingsford Smith Business Park - Stage 2B
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Port Hedland (Town) ) proposes to enter a Major Land Transaction to progress the development of Kingsford Smith Business Park – Stage 2B.
The Town proposes to develop and dispose of the former premises of the Port Hedland Yacht Club, which comprises the following parcels of land:
- Portion of Lot Lot 9006 of Deposited Plan 404823 Crown Land Certificate of Title Volume 2876 Folio 734
- Portion of Lot Lot 9008 of Deposited Plan 404824 Crown Land Certificate of Title Volume 2874 Folio 673
