Nominations are now open for the Extraordinary Election, being held on Friday 20 May 2022 to fill one vacant position for Councillor.

If you are interested in nominating as a candidate, please follow these steps:

1. Access the Candidate Nominations System via the Electoral Commission website.
2. Complete the online course titled Induction for prospective candidates.
3. Write your candidate profile of not more than 800 characters including spaces.
4. Make an appointment to see the Returning Officer, Kathy Mann, via 0458 806 791. Please be advised that a nomination deposit of $80.00 is required.

Nominations close 4pm Wednesday 13 April 2022.
