Channel 7’s Sunrise will be crossing live to Port Hedland this Friday, with weather man Sam Mac meeting with locals at Marapikurrinya Park from 2:30am to 5:30am.
Port Hedland has been chosen as the ‘P’ destination as park of Sam Mac’s A-Z adventure across the nation.
A free BBQ will be provided, as well as local performers and special guests showcasing Hedland to Australia.
All locals are welcomed to attend, with people encouraged to bring welcoming signs.
Please be advised that the Marapikurrinya Park will be closed from 3:00pm Thursday 1 November until no later than 8:30am Friday 2 November, due to the Sunrise live broadcast occurring at the car park.
