The works were completed by local contractors TEC Services, delivering on the Town’s commitment to support local job creation.

Mayor Peter Carter welcomed the upgrade of the clubrooms, reflecting on the importance of grassroots sporting clubs.

“I’m pleased the Town has completed the upgrade of the McGregor Street Clubrooms, supporting the needs of local sporting clubs who are the backbone of the local community.

“The Town is committed to reinvesting and reinvigorating sports club infrastructure right across our community, recognising the crucial role sport plays in building an active and livable township.”
