Community members are advised that noise levels will be elevated at the Wedgefield Depot site at 2-4 Cajarina Road on Wednesday, 16 December from 12am to 7am.
This is due to concreting works to construct the footings for the Depot’s new administration building, part of the Town’s renewal of the site.
People in Wedgefield should be aware that noise levels may reach up to 90 decibles for a portion of the works duration, due to the required use of a concrete vibrator. Other equipment will include a concrete boom pump truck, concrete truck and LED light tower.
Efforts will be taken by workers to control noise where possible for the works duration.
Please be mindful of workers in the vicinity and do not enter construction sites.
