Community members are advised that the Town of Port Hedland has secured contractors to perform amenity tree pruning services on street verges, median strips and towns reserves.
Works will commence on Tuesday 5 March until Saturday 9 March in the following areas:
- Lawson St
- Limpet Cres
- Oyster Ct
- Dempster St
- Delamere St
- Wilson St
- Corner of Leeds and Bayman St
- Wilson St
- South Hedland Primary School oval
Contractors will be working between the hours of 7 am and 4 pm.
Works will consist of heavy pruning, weight reduction, dead wood, removal, and light pruning.
Traffic management will be in place in these areas.
Community members are asked to be vigilant when using these areas and follow all safety signage.
