The Town of Port Hedland shares the community's sadness of the passing of Queen Elizabeth the second.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to those closest to her, the people of the United Kingdom, Commonwealth nations and all those around the world impacted by her passing.
As the longest serving British Monarch, she was a constant and reassuring presence in our lives, who reigned with great fortitude during times of uncertainty and change.
As a
mark of respect, the Town's flags are flying at half-mast.
A condolence book will be available for you to write in from Monday, 12 September, to pay your respects at the the Civic Centre, 13 Mcgregor Street Port Hedland.
May she rest in eternal peace.
