RV Overflow Area on the Lookout for Caretaker

The Town of Port Hedland's Short Term Recreational Vehicle Overflow Area is currently seeking a caretaker to look after the area during peak season from now until September 30 2019.

The area is located adjacent to the Port Hedland Turf Club on McGregor Street, Port Hedland. Situated within walking distance of local amenities, and a short drive from the Town Centre.

The caretaker will be responsible for collecting daily usage numbers and ensuring those using the site comply with the requirements set by the Town of Port Hedland.

There will have a reserved site for the caretaker at the area that has direct access to both power and water.

A fully self-contained recreational vehicle that complies with all specifications set by the town is a requirement for the position.

This is a volunteer role with the successful applicant receiving use of a campsite for the duration of their stay as well as some expenses reimbursement.
