The Town has completed the resurfacing of the outdoor sports courts at Wanangkura Stadium and Faye Gladstone and they are now ready for community use.
The resurfacing will improve usability for all players leading into Term 2 programs.
Outdoor LED lights at Wanangkura Stadium have also been upgraded and bollards have been installed at the outdoor sports courts.
The works are part of the Town’s commitment to maintain sports grounds and courts across Hedland.
