The Town of Port Hedland proposes to specify the following portions of land as Dog Exercise Areas, in accordance with section 31(3A) of the Dog Act 1976:
- part of Lot 263 (100) Kennedy Street South Hedland, Plan Number P070677
Submissions about the proposed specification can be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Town of Port Hedland. Submissions can be emailed to council@porthedland.wa.gov.au or forwarded to PO Box 41, Port Hedland WA 6721.
All submissions should be received by no later than 4.00pm on Thursday, 23 June 2022.
