Carers WA is hosting a free information workshop to prepare the community for the upcoming rollout of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in WA.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, 29 November from 10.30am to 2pm at Lotteries House in South Hedland.
The NDIS will change the way services are delivered to community members, with people having more choice and control over how they receive support.
The workshop will cover a general overview of the NDIS, the importance of planning, management options and will conclude with a question and answer session.
This is a prime opportunity to learn more about how the NDIS will impact your daily life.
