Hot dogs and hot chips, paella and pastries, sundaes and super-size slushies – the Town’s Spinifex Spree Carnival will bring together a diverse selection of tasty treats at the Town Oval this July.

Food and beverage vendors can reach thousands of spectators at the Carnival, the Town’s largest free community event running since 1968.

The Carnival thrives on diverse food options to satisfy anyone’s discerning tastes.

This year’s Carnival is made possible by Presenting Partner BHP; Platinum Sponsor Horizon Power and Supporters AUS Traffic Management, CCB Transport, Cleanaway, Fuelfix, Onsite Rental Group, the North West Telegraph and SCA.

Mayor Peter Carter encourages local food and beverage vendors to get involved by applying to trade at the Carnival.

“The Spinifex Spree Carnival is back with bite, giving vendors an up-size opportunity to tuck in to trading with thousands of hungry attendees.”

“We’re looking for vendors offering carnival classics like hotdogs and sundaes to global cuisine options, so I encourage vendors to apply by the deadline.”

“With eased COVID-19 restrictions, now’s a great opportunity to support our small business community by satisfying our tastebuds.”
