Conquering Addiction with Tough Love

Published on Friday, 7 December 2018 at 3:54:01 PM

Peter Lyndon-James will bring his nationally renowned seminar to Hedland next Tuesday, from 6 pm at the JD Hardie Youth Zone.

Mr Lyndon-James’ “Tough Love” seminar tackles the tough questions regarding addiction, including how to help loved ones who are suffering.

The seminar focuses on the importance of achieving an individual change of mindset, where people suffering from addiction desire real change and choose to cease drug use.

Mr Lyndon-James was a 2017 Australian of the Year Finalist and 2017 Western Australian of the Year in the Community Category, turning his life around after experiencing addiction for over 20 years.

He is the author of “Tough Love: Tackling Drug Addiction and Seeing Change”, a book which has been credited with changing countless lives and has volunteered for eight years at Shalom House Rehabilitation Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to hear the perspective of someone who has recovered from addiction, as well as learn tips on how to help loved ones.

If you’d like to attend, RSVP to amanda@lyndonjames.com.au or contact 0419 011 709.
