There's only one week left to nominate a local Hedland Hero, as part of the 2019 Community Citizen of the Year Awards.
Areas of recognition include education, health, fund-raising, charitable and voluntary services, business, sport, arts, the environment, social inclusion or any area contributing to the advancement and wellbeing of Hedland.
The four award categories include Community Citizen of the Year, Award for Active Citizenship – Group or Event, Community Citizen of the Year – Senior and Community Citizen of the Year – Youth.
