Asphalting Improvement Works Heading to South Hedland

Published on Friday, 9 November 2018 at 2:10:22 PM

Please be aware that asphalting improvement works, as part of the Town’s resealing program, will be commencing in South Hedland on Saturday 10 November 2018.

The first street to be affected is Weaver Place, concluding on Trumpet Way Service Road on Wednesday, 14 November

These works will improve the condition of the roadways, extending the life of the assets, providing better ride-ability and improving drainage.

Improved road quality is important for the Town’s liveability and local economy.

Please see below for the streets planned for the asphalting works:

Please exercise caution around these areas during these dates by driving safely, abiding by signage and following all directions from works crews.

We request that no vehicles be parked on the verge and that caution be taken driving on these roads to ensure the safety of our community and road workers during this time.

We appreciate your patience over the course of the project. For further information, please contact the Town of Port Hedland on 9158 9300.
