Online Form - Spinifex Spree Carnival 2021 Stallholder Application

Applications for food/beverage stallholders will close at 5:00pm on Friday 4 June 2021. Food/beverage vendors will be contacted the week following to advise if they have a stall at the event.

Applications for all remaining stallholders will close at 5:00pm on Friday 9 July 2021.

Please complete this form to apply for a stall at our 2021 Spinifex Spree Carnival event. We encourage all stallholders to take a creative approach when setting up their stalls. Try to have a feature or activity attendees can participate in, this will draw the crowd into your stall and make a fantastic experience for everyone!

Stallholders are required to trade from 5:00pm - 9:00pm on Friday 23 July 2021 and 11.00am - 10.00pm on Saturday 24 July 2021.

COVID

Stallholder Bump In

Stallholder bump in for the event is open on Thursday 22 July from 10:00am - 4:00pm and Friday 23 July from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Please indicate what time you expect to arrive for bump in.

Please note power for stalls is available from 12 noon Friday 23 July - 9:00am Sunday 25 July. There is no power provision outside these hours.

$230 inc GST: (6m frontage) 6m x 3m, 6m x 6m, 6m x 10m

$270 inc GST: (9m frontage and above) 9m x 3m, 9m x 6m, 9m x 10m

Food Vendors

$260 inc GST: (3m frontage) 3m x 3m, 3m x 6m, 3m x 10m

$300 inc GST: (6m frontage) 6m x 3m, 6m x 6m, 6m x 10m

$340 inc GST: (9m frontage) 9m x 3m, 9m x 6m, 9m x 10m

$380 inc GST: (12m frontage and above) 12m x 3m, 12m x 6m, 12m x 10m

Stallholders will be contacted to make payment once their stall has been confirmed.
