Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Town of Port Hedland will be held on Wednesday, 27 March 2019 commencing at 5:30pm in the Council Chambers at the Civic Centre, McGregor Street, Port Hedland.
The business of the Annual General Meeting of Electors is to discuss the contents of the Town of Port Hedland Annual Report for the period ended 30 June 2018 and other general business.
The Town of Port Hedland Council adopted the Annual Report, including the Financial Statements and associated notes, for the period ended 30 June 2018 at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on Wednesday, 13 February 2019.
The Annual Report 2017/18 is now available on the Town’s website at www.porthedland.wa.gov.au
