Carers WA Visiting South Hedland Library

As part of National Carers Week 2018, Carers WA will be visiting the South Hedland Library.
Are you are a person who provides unpaid care and support to family members or friends who have disability, mental illness, chronic condition, terminal illness, alcohol or drug issues, or those who are frail aged.
If this is you, please come along to the South Hedland Library on the 15th October for an informal chat with the team from WA Carers.
They will be there to discuss what they can do to help and also inform you on the services that they can provide.
