Level 3 - $93,176.64 inclusive of Port Hedland Allowance

The Role

An opportunity has become available for a well organised office administrator, ready to work with Local Government. Reporting directly to the Director Regulatory Services, your role would be to provide efficient administrative support across the different units within Regulatory Services. In addition, the role also undertakes full range of duties associate with team and stakeholder meetings, financial and executive support as well as coordinating air travel and accommodation management. You will work alongside the Director and provide effective diary management, prioritising and organising meetings with stakeholders and employees.

Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

  • National Police Clearance
  • Current ‘C’ class drivers license
  • Rights to work in Australia
