The Role
This position will provide high quality, results focused and
professional gym instructing to facilitate people of all ages and
varying needs through the delivery of safe and effective
appraisals, programs, instruction, education and motivation.
Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a
pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be
considered for the role, as well as possessing:
- Current First Aid Certificate;
- National Police Clearance;
- Current C Class Driver’s License
- Western Australian Working with Children Check Card;
- Rights to work in Australia.
Essential Experience
- Certificate III in Health and Fitness or equivalent with
demonstrated experience in a similar field;
- Demonstrated ability in the areas of time management,
working autonomously and within a team, organisation,
initiative, problem solving and conflict management
skills;
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of fitness testing
and exercise programming;
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of
motivation and ability to motivate others.
